It convenes 830 incident response teams across 113 countries, covering government agencies, academia, enterprises, and cybersecurity firms, and acts as a global hub for incident response and threat intelligence exchange

Incident Response (ERS)

Upon receiving a formal request, CSIRT will follow investigation procedures to collect data, investigate the incident, and prepare a report.

Phishing Email Analysis

If a suspicious email is deemed necessary for analysis, a request can be submitted. CSIRT will analyze and provide results.

Malware Analysis

If malware alerts or infections occur and analysis is deemed necessary, a request can be submitted. CSIRT will analyze and provide results.

Dark Web and Threat Intelligence Analysis

For incidents or specific targets requiring dark web or threat intelligence analysis, CSIRT will analyze and provide a report with explanations.

Information Disclosure Policy

CSIRT handles all incident-related information with confidentiality and integrity. 

Disclosure is based on internal policies and regulations. Public reports will be anonymized unless explicit consent is obtained.

Operating Hours

Weekdays: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00

Emergency: In case of emergencies, remote mitigation and control measures will be provided first, followed by data collection and analysis as needed.
